At Rimberio Tools, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you may request a return in accordance with the terms below.


Returns

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In the same condition that you received it
  • Unused and unworn
  • In its original packaging
  • With tags (if applicable)
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation)

Returns must be requested and approved before being sent back. Items sent without a prior return request will not be accepted.

If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package.

Please do not send returns to the registered business address unless explicitly instructed to do so.


Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if:

  • The item is defective
  • The item is damaged
  • You received the wrong item

We will evaluate the issue and make it right as quickly as possible.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:

  • Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants)
  • Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items)
  • Personal care goods
  • Hazardous materials
  • Flammable liquids or gases

We also do not accept returns for:

  • Gift cards

Sale items may only be returned where required under applicable consumer protection law.


Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you receive the item you want is to return the original item first. Once your return is accepted, you may place a separate order for the new item.


European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is delivered within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification, in accordance with applicable consumer protection law.

To be eligible for a return under this right, the item must be:

  • Unused and unworn
  • In its original packaging
  • With tags (if applicable)
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

This right does not apply to exempt goods under applicable law, including custom-made or personalized products.


Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and inform you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that your bank or card provider may require additional time to process and post the refund.
